What is a tiny house?
These houses are small, fully-equipped living spaces that are designed as a centerpiece of your off-grid lifestyle. Although they vary in shape and size, they are built to look like a house not a caravan, and are cheaper and easier to maintain.
The main advantage is that they are the definition of migration and freedom, and are playing a big role in the growing movement to escape the stress of the city and rewind back to peace and tranquility of nature.
You can park it on your plot near the lake or in the curtilage of your home for extra accomodation and create your own space you dreamed at.
Why choose ELDA?
The tiny house we build is the definition of sustainable and low-impact lifestyle, which means relatively smaller costs so you can live more easily without sacrificing comfort.
These are the main benefits:
Solid metallic structure: not only that is durable over time, but it offers thermal and sound insulation;
Cost-effective maintenance: not only that is cheaper to buy than build one, but it’s easy to maintain and replace a damaged element;
Clear and simple use: simple as 1-2-3 to pack your things and escape the city, having a full experience in the nature;
Safetiness degree in operation: de-icing system and temperature sensors gives you the option to permanently inhabit your house
